Buck Mountain Outfitters specializes in field shoots for greater Canada Geese from coffin blinds over decoys. We also employ floating blinds on a wilderness lake that offers fast-gunning for both mallards and many types of diving ducks. The floating blinds are employed in the morning and the goose hunts are done in the afternoon.

The weather in Alberta in September is usually quite nice but can be unpredictable. Warm clothes and good, waterproof, high top boots are a must. (Hip Waders optional).

Upon arrival, our hunters rent a vehicle and drive to our camp. Once there, all of your food, lodging and guides will be supplied for you during the duration of the trip or you may wish to choose the "Do it Yourself Hunt". (see below)

For those of you who want to save a dollar, Buck Mountain Outfitters will lease you our camp in Central Alberta.

We can supply:
• the camp - in the middle of Alberta's largest breeding population
of mallards.
• decoys
• spotters
• groceries
• cook
You tell us what you need.
